Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Alpha Original LLC ("we", "us") for the Kreds app and the kreds-app.netlify.app website. Kreds is distributed through the App Store, so Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it rather than replace it.

What Kreds is

Kreds shows published credit card reward rates and ranks the cards you tell it you hold. Reward programs change without notice, categories are defined by each issuer, and caps, activation requirements and exclusions apply. Kreds does its best to keep its catalog current, but it does not guarantee any rate, is not financial or credit advice, and is not endorsed by or sponsored by any card issuer or payment network. Kreds may receive a commission when you apply for a card through a link in the app; see our Advertiser Disclosure. Confirm anything that matters with your issuer before relying on it.

Applying for cards

Some cards in Kreds show an Apply button. Tapping it opens the issuer's own website. Any application you submit is made with the issuer, on the issuer's terms, and the issuer alone decides whether to approve it. Kreds never sees your application, your credit information, or the issuer's decision. If you are approved, an affiliate network may pay Kreds a commission. That commission does not affect how Kreds ranks cards: rankings are computed from published reward rates and your own spending, and cards with no commission are shown and ranked exactly the same way.

Membership

Kreds Membership is an auto-renewing subscription with weekly, monthly, and yearly options. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your iPhone's Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

As Kreds grows we lower membership prices for everyone at published member milestones. A price decrease applies to existing members at their next renewal. We will never raise the price of an existing member's plan without notice and a chance to cancel.

Your account

You may use Kreds without an account. If you sign in with Apple, keep your device secure and let us know about any unauthorized use. You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app; see the Privacy Policy for what that removes.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to Kreds or its servers, don't use automated tools to scrape or extract the card catalog, and don't use Kreds for anything unlawful. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

Our content

The Kreds name, logo, design, and catalog are ours or our licensors'. Card names and issuer names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify products.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Kreds is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for rewards you did not earn, arising from your use of Kreds. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and contact
